Jack in the Box Inc. is seeking a Digital Guest Experience (DGX) Off-Premise Program Manager. This position will lead Jack in the Box’s DGX strategy and execution of off-premise ordering and growth channels to drive incremental sales and restaurant level profitability. Must have a passion for analytics & problem solving while working with third-party delivery providers (DSPs) and cross functional Jack in the Box departments to drive marketing & operations strategy.


Manages the third-party delivery strategy, working with each third-party delivery brand to drive sales & ROI through marketing, improve and streamline operations, innovate in the delivery space, drive customer satisfaction and engagement, liaison technical issues between delivery partner and internal IT teams, and all other third-party delivery tasks as necessary.

Leads strategic category planning & provides recommendation for further testing & channel enhancement from analytic insight.

Drives innovation in the delivery & off premise space by leading the Dark Kitchens & Virtual Restaurant proof of concepts, pilot testing, and strategy for future growth.

Leads the cross functional delivery team to keep on task of ongoing projects and ensure smooth implementation; look for areas of opportunity to improve upon existing processes and new projects that align with DGX strategy.

Tasked with growing the delivery sales layer through the introduction of new promotions, products, packaging and menu improvements with specific focus on restaurant level profitability.

Helps escalate field issues through the proper teams and channels to quickly resolve issues in a timely manner.


Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or related field; emphasis in Marketing preferred; MBA preferred.

Experience – 5+ years related brand/product/category management experience. Experience must include a strong understanding of product management, marketing, strategy development and the franchise model. QSR experience preferred. Third-party delivery experience highly preferred.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities – Requires thorough knowledge of marketing principles and technology to effectively manage delivery performance, menu automation and vendor management. Excellent project management, organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills. Passionate in problem solving and continually looking to improve by analyzing data and backing up business decisions with analytical insights. Requires general understanding of business principles beyond marketing, including strategy development, finance, accounting and operations. Comfortable to present to various levels of the organization include c-suite and franchise operators. Working knowledge of personal computers and related software applications, (Microsoft Office products). Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.

Physical Requirements - Ability to speak/hear clearly in person and on the telephone. Ability to travel up to 10% of time to restaurants or other locations as business needs require. Ability to operate a computer keyboard and mouse.
