Job Overview:

Reporting to the AVP, Compensation, the Senior Compensation Analyst will be a trusted business partner providing analytical solutions and will assist in providing consultative compensation advice to HR Business partners and the Business. As a member of the team, you will support the compensation function in the design, development, and on-going analysis and management of company-wide compensation programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical support for various compensation projects as well as create insightful analysis, reports, and dashboards to analyze various compensation elements
  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners on competitive pay practices; job evaluations, pay equity reviews, and responding to general compensation inquiries
  • Participate in the administration of the annual merit and bonus cycles from end-to-end including design, testing, communication, training and support of partners
  • Conduct market pricing and competitive benchmarking, collecting and organizing data for analysis, summarizing findings and highlighting important aspects
  • Manage the end-to-end salary survey cycle; collect, submit, and analyze salary survey data
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance of compensation-related data.
  • Proactively seek new insights and approaches contributing to the continuous improvement of compensation programs and processes
  • Support the development and delivery of communications to support the compensation function throughout the year, including webpage maintenance, email communications, and trainings.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or a combination of work experience in HR compensation
  • 5+ years of progressive HR work experience, with a minimum of 3+ years specifically within compensation
  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create models, advanced formulas, macros, etc.

  • Sensitivity in working with confidential information
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics in an easy to understand way

Preferences:

  • Workday and MarketPay experience is a plus
  • Ability to conduct job evaluations and benchmarking


 

Pay Range:

$80,040-$120,060/year


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
