This is a benefited, full time position working four days/week generally from 8am-5pm. You will split your time between the Mission Valley and Eastlake clinics. No weekends or evenings. Shift times may vary based on department needs. You may be floated to other Scripps Clinics on an as needed basis.

  • Locations/days will vary depending on space availability as the provider will be working to backfill open space.

Your job duties:

  • Assist OBGYN department clinically
  • Support the team with front office responsibilities (answering phones, scheduling, and call backs when needed)
  • Support Providers by checking patient vitals, rooming, stocking patient rooms, and assisting with procedures such as colposcopies, LEEPs, biopsies, and also educating patients
  • The ideal candidate will be someone with previous experience working as a Medical Assistant, and has experience delivering exceptional patient care in an OBGYN department.
