Jack Henry is currently embarking on organizational transformation through the modernization of our enterprise IT Systems. This program manager will be responsible for partnering with Sr. Leadership to lead these transformational programs. The program manager we are seeking has extensive experience in driving multiple teams through an enterprise transformation, establishing frameworks for all aspects of project and program management.

This program manager will initially lead our Salesforce CRM/Service Implementation program. The program manager will partner with Sr IT Leadership, Line of Business Leadership, Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SME), Corporate Program Management Office (CPMO) and clients to plan and execute a unified plan for value delivery.

The program manager will be responsible for leading the Corporate PMO Framework, methodologies, & processes, to ensure that complex, Enterprise wide initiatives are in alignment with the JH's strategic themes, portfolio vision, and budgets. This program manager will function as the team lead for the Corporate PMO and will provide mentorship, coaching, and support for other program & project managers supporting this initiative. What you'll be responsible for:

  • Manages programs made up of multiple related projects for the development of new or upgraded products, services or corporate processes.
  • Manages programs from initiation through delivery including oversight of the management of all projects contained within the program.
  • Establishes program framework with a particular emphasis on communication processes.
  • Ensures all inter-project interdependencies are identified, documented, tracked and completed.
  • Ensures all program-level activities, risks and issues are identified, documented and managed appropriately.
  • Manages coordination of program information and concerns across functional and divisional lines.
  • May assist less experienced peers. May act as a team lead.

What you'll need to have:

  • Must have a combination 10 years of experience in any of the following categories: program management or project management.
  • Must have 3 years of experience as a Program Manager.
  • Must have Program Management experience with implementing enterprise IT systems.
  • Must have experience leading other Program or Project Managers.
  • Must have Agile and predictive Project Management experience.
  • Must have (PMP) Project Management Professional certification or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Must have experience as a trusted partner with several stakeholder groups such as: Executive Sponsors, Corporate Leadership Team, Line of Business leaders, project stakeholders/Subject matter experts, and clients.
  • Please be aware that the hours for this position may vary based on project requirements. Candidates should be prepared to adapt their schedules as needed to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • Please note that this position requires the ability to travel up to 10% for training, conferences, and project/department meetings. Candidates should be willing and able to accommodate occasional travel as necessary.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Any of the following advanced Agile certifications: SAFe RTE (Release Train Engineer), SPC (SAFe PracticeConsultant). SSM (SAFE Scrum Master).
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
