Along with performing as a staff LVN, the Clinical Lead (LVN) is responsible for;

  • Providing technical support to Medical Assistant and LVN staff in a clinic site or physician module to include training, assurance of consistency and standardization of procedures, management of day-to-day staff coverage arrangements to ensure excellent patient care, staff performance management, and to serve as a mentor to staff.
  • The Clinical Lead is responsible for covering multiple positions and departments, as well as mentoring new and existing staff on clinical processes and procedures.
  • This position will be responsible for review of new and existing staff documentation and charge documents for completion and accuracy.
  • The individual will practice within the scope of a LVN and contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care.
