Position Summary: In this role, the Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to assist with scheduling various types of interviews, help onboard new hires, and manage special projects focused on compliance and operational excellence. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing an exceptional candidate experience through the responsibilities of contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, arranging candidate travel as needed, monitoring background checks and onboarding new employees. Responsibilities: Manages every aspect of the interview scheduling process, with attention to detail to ensure interviews are scheduled in a timely manner and with accuracy Actively communicates all interview logistics to candidates, recruiters and interview teams Responsible for monitoring and clearing background checks Assists with onboarding of new employees, including Form I-9 processing Actively participates in other projects across the Talent Acquisition department Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Human Resources/Recruiting or related coordinator experience Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skillset Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment with high-performing teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new software and work within multiple systems Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Experience with Workday Recruiting is a plus Education: Bachelors degree preferred The estimated base hourly range for the Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator role based in the United States of America is: $22.59 - $33.84. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
