Responsibilities Automation and implementation of CICD pipeline for Salesforce and CRM ecosystem. Lead, advocate and enforce Salesforce Dev Ops best practices. Collaboration with architecture and engineering team to improve developer’s productivity. Manage change control process and release roadmap for CRM and dependent applications. Manage production backups, sandbox refreshes and salesforce platform releases. Automate and manage salesforce sandbox data seed process. Manage salesforce access controls and SSO requirements for production and pre-production environment. Actively monitors issues, spikes and outages that could negatively impact software releases. Lead and guide offshore release management team, ensuring DevOps best practices are adhered Automation and api first approach for all problem solutions. Should be a proponent of paved path and left shift methodology. Will collaborate with Salesforce product teams located in US and India. Requirements Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience Solid understanding of force.com platform. Solid understanding of agile and release management process and tools such as JIRA, confluence and ServiceNow Must have hands on experience building a CICD pipeline for a large Salesforce implementation. Must have experience with any of the following CD tools: AutoRabit, Flosum, Jenkins, Maven or Apache Ant. Strong experience with git, branching process and git integration with CI and CD tools. Experience in any programming language preferably python and AWS is beneficial. Good experience with shell scripting, splunk and clis such as sfdx or aws. The ability to pick up new technologies quickly and rapidly deep dive. Must have excellent written and spoken communication. Position requires regular calls with US based teams during Pacific Standard time zone (mostly US morning hours).
