Description

We are seeking a motivated and highly technical engineer to design, build, and enhance automation frameworks and end-to-end functional tests. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Automation and QA Engineers to develop robust, scalable solutions that drive productivity and ensure high-quality software delivery. If you thrive on cross-functional collaboration and enjoy applying cutting-edge technology to solve complex problems, this role is for you. We're looking for someone who can think strategically and deliver innovative solutions that expand test coverage, accelerate release cycles, and help us consistently deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of directly related work experience can substitute for the education requirement
  • Strong foundation in core computer science concepts and software engineering principles
  • Strong development skills in Swift, Python, Objective-C, C++ or similar languages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with XCTest and Xcode.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with test methodologies (unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, functional testing, etc).
  • Ability to investigate, debug and triage difficult problems both independently and cooperatively.
  • Highly organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about achieving results.
  • Creative thinker and strong problem solver with meticulous attention to detail.
  • An enthusiasm for user-focused design & high-quality products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate close interaction with development teams, management, and other organizations within Apple.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $129,600 and $236,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
