• Provide all routine scheduled janitorial tasks throughout all buildings
• Ensure all restroom dispensers are adequately stocked at all times
• Perform daily trash pick-up throughout facility
• Provide courteous and helpful service to guests at all times

“I can do this!” What are the requirements?

• Minimum age of 18 years of age
• Knowledge of building repairs such as painting, wall patching, striping, and buffing floors and minor plumbing repairs
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and drive a small utility cart
• CPR and First Aid certified upon hire and must be from one of the following:
  • American Red Cross
  • American Heart Association
  • American Safety & Health Institute
