What you’ll be doing
You’ll oversee the safety of water park guests by monitoring the attraction to prevent accidents.
At time you may need to explain and enforce LEGOLAND Water Park policies and procedures, in order to keep our guests safe. You’ll also need to assist water park guests in distress or in danger of drowning. Should the worst come to the worst you may also need to administer first aid and CPR, maintain records, and perform other duties as requested.
Don’t worry – no previous lifeguard experience is required. We will provide all the training needed to be successful in this role.

You’ll show a sense of urgency when needed, keep a cool head, and work with our guests as well as senior management when needed.
As a minimum you’ll have:
- The ability to obtain Lifeguard certification through our facilitated training
OR
- A current Lifeguard Certification
- A current CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer Certification
- A current First Aid Certification

LEGOLAND California Resort is east of the I-5 Freeway, just 30 minutes north of San Diego and one hour south of Anaheim. Exit the I-5 Freeway at Palomar Airport Road.
